What age group are your building sets suitable for?

Our building sets are designed for children aged 6 and up, but they also provide adults with a great way to discover more about Islam and share precious moments as a family. Younger children may need adult assistance with some parts, which provides an opportunity for joint learning and fun.

How suitable are the stories in your building instructions for young readers?

Our building instructions are written in clear, simple language suitable for primary school children who can read. They are easy for both kids and adults to understand, while remaining educational, informative and fun.

Do I have a guarantee on my building sets?

We are committed to delivering top quality products, and we take it very seriously in the rare event that a block is missing or defective. If it does happen, rest assured! We guarantee the completeness of each set and we will of course send you a replacement part free of charge.

Are these sets safe for young children?

All ALIFAAT building sets are designed with child safety in mind. They are certified with the CE, UKCA, and G-mark, ensuring they have undergone extensive testing and meet the strict safety standards of the European Union, United Kingdom, and the Middle East.

Are the building sets compatible with other brands such as LEGO?

Although ALIFAAT is an independent brand and completely separate from The LEGO Group, our blocks are compatible with those of LEGO®.

How long does shipping take?

We work with local warehouse so generally our shipping only takes 1-2 working days! If you want to know the specific shipping times to your country, please refer to the shipping policy.

What are the shipping costs?

We ship all our orders free! So you'll never pay shipping costs with us :)

Do you deliver internationally?

Yes! We are sell throughout Europe as well as the Middle East. Please refer to our shipping policy to see all available countries.

What is your return policy?

Our return policy requires that the product must be returned in its original, unopened and unused condition within 14 days of receipt. You can send an email to info@alifaat.com to initiate the return process and for further instructions.

Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment.

Which Quran translation do you use in the building instructions?

We currently have building instructions translated to English, Dutch and German. In each of those 3 building instructions, we have used official Quran translations.

The English building instructions use 'The Holy Quran Translation' by Yusuf Ali.

The Dutch building instructions use 'De interpretatie van de betekennisen van de Koran' by Aboe Ismail.

The German building instructions use 'Der edle Koran' by Frank Bubenheim.
