Shipping Policy
ALIFAAT delivers to all European Union countries, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and all six Gulf Cooperation Council countries.
Countries we deliver to
European Union: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.
Other European destinations: Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
GCC: Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates.
We currently do not deliver to countries outside the destinations listed above.
Shipping costs
- Orders below €75: €3.95 shipping
- Orders of €75 or more: free shipping
Equivalent amounts may be displayed in the customer’s selected local currency. The applicable shipping charge will always be shown at checkout before payment.
Order processing
The Netherlands: Orders placed before 23:59 on business days are normally processed for dispatch on the same business day.
Other European destinations: Please allow approximately 1–2 business days for processing before dispatch.
GCC destinations: Daily processing cut-off times may extend until 5:00 PM local warehouse time. Orders placed after the applicable cut-off will normally be processed on the following business day.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will normally be processed on the following business day.
UAE delivery
Orders eligible for same-day UAE delivery are picked, packed and dispatched for local delivery on the same day. Eligibility depends on the delivery location, order time and shipping service available at checkout.
Standard UAE orders processed before the applicable cut-off are normally delivered on the next business day.
Estimated delivery times
Orders are generally delivered within 2–7 business days, depending on the destination, processing time and shipping service.
Delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees. Deliveries may occasionally be affected by courier delays, public holidays, customs processing or circumstances outside our control.
Orders to the United Kingdom are dispatched from Europe and may occasionally experience additional delays during customs processing.
Customs duties and taxes
All applicable customs duties and VAT are included in the final price paid at checkout. Customers will not be required to pay additional customs duties, import taxes or VAT when their order is delivered.
This applies to all supported destinations, including the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Saudi Arabia.
Carriers and fulfilment
European orders are fulfilled from the Netherlands. Depending on the destination and selected service, orders may be delivered by PostNL, DHL, DPD or UPS.
UAE and GCC orders are fulfilled through our UAE logistics network. Depending on the destination and service, orders may be delivered by DHL, iMile, swftbox or another approved regional last-mile courier.
We select the appropriate carrier based on the destination, delivery service and operational availability. Customers cannot always select a particular carrier.
Tracking your order
Every order to Europe and the GCC includes tracking, regardless of the shipping method selected.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email. Please allow some time for the courier’s tracking information to become active.
Delayed, missing or incomplete orders
If your tracking has not updated for several business days, your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, or your delivery is incomplete, contact us at info@alifaat.com.
Please include your order number and tracking details. We will investigate the shipment with our fulfilment provider or courier and arrange an appropriate resolution.
