Shipping Policy

ALIFAAT's shipping policy is as follows:

Where do we ship to?

Europe: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxemburg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom 

Middle East: Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates

Shipping times:

Netherlands and UAE: 1 working day

All other countries: 2-3 working days 

Shipping Costs:

• When ordering 2 sets or more, shipping is free! Otherwise, there is a shipping fee of around $5.

Order Time and Delivery:

• In Europe, orders placed before 23:59 on working days will be shipped the same day, with delivery as described above.
• In the Middle East, orders placed before 15:00 on working days will be shipped the same day, with delivery as described above.

Track & Trace:

• After placing your order, you will receive a track & trace code. With this code, you can track your package, so you know exactly when it will be delivered!

Customs & VAT:

• Only for shipments to Saudi Arabia, there is an additional 15% VAT as well as a customs charge.
