Shipping Policy

ALIFAAT ships physical products from fulfilment centres in the Netherlands and the United Arab Emirates. The dispatch location depends on your destination and stock availability.

Where we deliver

We currently offer shipping to:

European Union: all 27 member countries.
Other European destinations: the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Türkiye.
GCC: Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates.
Southeast Asia: Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam.
North America: the United States and Canada.

Shipping availability depends on the products ordered and your delivery address. Available delivery options are shown at checkout.

Shipping costs

Shipping charges vary by destination, dispatch location and order contents. Your shipping charge is displayed at checkout before payment, in your selected checkout currency.

Free shipping is available on eligible orders where offered at checkout. Eligibility and minimum order values vary by destination.

Processing and delivery times

Available shipping services and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.

Processing and delivery depend on stock availability, the fulfilment centre and the selected service. Orders placed outside warehouse operating hours, on weekends or during public holidays may take longer to process.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Customs clearance, public holidays and courier disruptions can cause delays.

If a product is available for pre-order or has a stated dispatch delay, refer to the information on its product page before ordering.

Customs duties and taxes

Taxes collected by ALIFAAT are included in your price or displayed at checkout, as applicable.

For deliveries crossing a customs border, import duties, import taxes and courier clearance fees may apply. Where these charges are not expressly included or collected at checkout, the recipient may need to pay them to the courier or customs authority before delivery.

Payment of shipping charges does not mean that import charges are included. We do not currently guarantee delivery without additional import charges to every destination.

Fulfilment and tracking

We use fulfilment partners and couriers appropriate to the destination and shipping service. The courier may vary, and selecting a particular courier is not always possible.

Our currently configured shipping services include tracking. Once your shipment is dispatched, you will receive tracking information by email. Tracking updates may take some time to appear after the shipping label is created.

If your order is sent in separate parcels, the parcels may arrive at different times.

Digital learning books

Digital learning books are delivered electronically and do not require physical shipping. Please follow the download instructions provided with your purchase.

Delayed, missing or incomplete deliveries

If your shipment has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, tracking has stopped updating for several business days, or items are missing or damaged, contact info@alifaat.com.

Please include your order number, tracking details and, where relevant, photographs. We will investigate with our fulfilment partner or courier and help resolve the issue.
